Ordering

Making an order on the internet is the best way to order at Scooter Mercato. Please register first by setting up an ID (email) and password (or click here).

When you shop our site you will see if products are in-stock or out of stock. This information is live and is the same information we look at. If we have a mistake in our inventory count is another story. We do our best to keep it accurate.

You will also notice that some high moving items have quantity discounts. We also have specials and clearance items.

When you have selected the items that you want to purchase proceed to the shopping cart and then to check out.

We are not perfect. By chance that our inventory is not correct and we don’t have an item on your order we will contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order. It is our intention that there will be no surprises when you get your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment forms. We do not charge your card at the time of order submission; we only charge your card once we have finalized your order with the actual shipping charges.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed the invoice. The invoice will contain the UPS tracking number. We will not put an invoice on the box, just a packing slip. This is for your protection.

Shipping

Our main shipping carrier is UPS. Please see our shipping map below for delivery times. We do not ship with FedEx. We also ship via USPS Priority Mail. This is useful if you have a small item that is under one pound or have a post office box.

We charge actual shipping rates. We do not charge a handling fee. Some items are oversized and will be charged accordingly.

We are currently in the process of updating our system with the actual weight of each product. Until this is finalized the shipping charges at checkout reflect the cost to ship 1 pound to you via the selected delivery service. Once your order has been finalized we will add the actual shipping charge to your invoice. If you have questions about shipping charges please email us here.
