This Malossi 177cc cylinder is for those that are ready to drag race from light to light and run down any tuner car on the street. (Scooter Mercato does not endorse any illegal street racing and is not liable for your craziness). This kit, like the Sport version, features an aluminum cylinder with nikasil lining, aluminum head with oring an extra cooling fins between it and the cylinder for better cooling, a removable exhaust flange with orings for better sealing and longevity of the cylinder, but unlike the Sport version it has a single piston ring for higher RPM's with less friction and a split exhaust port to prevent ring snag from the larger size of the ports. This kit will easily put you in the 20HP range with a larger carb, better pipe, and port match cases. This cylinder head uses the longer NGK E length plugs.
*This is a performance part and as such requires setup during installation like, setting ring gap, chamfering ports, squish check, proper jetting, timing, break in periods, and often other components to be replaced to become reliable. Manufacturers label these as race parts and do not warranty race parts except when a part is defective before installation.*
