223229: Engine, Gear, short 4th Gear, T5 EFL 36T

Fourth gear for late PX style gearboxes. Standard in late 125s and 150s, but commonly used in EFL transmissions to lower the 4th gear ratio. 36 tooth.

This only works with EFL axles.
