Malossi's new drive shaft is made a harder steel than your standard Piaggio unit. It's machined to tighter specifications and includes the small ribs in between gear for the cruciform to lock into place and prevent the bounce out that today's high performance can cause. This is for the EFL style gears and requires two circlip and shims.
