our motto is “Good Scooter Parts. Better Prices.” Selling scooter parts
is our only business; satisfying customers is our only focus.
This is how we operate:
-We have the parts you need (and maybe a couple you don’t)
It’s our goal to have the parts you need in stock. If we don’t have an item in
stock we’ll let you know, and we will never ship an incomplete order without
your go-ahead.
-We give you correct, useful
information.
In-stock status is shown on our website in real time. If someone buys the last one
of an item, then that item is instantly shown as “Out of Stock”. We are not
afraid to show our availability online!
You can always check the status of
your order in the “My Account” area of the site. You can handle returns right
on the site or file a help case there if you have any other issue with your
order. We’ve designed all this to let you manage your account online, without
having to get on the phone. Of course, if you prefer to call, you are always
encouraged to do so.
Scooter Mercato is new, and we’re constantly
adding information. We strive to continually improve and enrich the site to
better connect you with the parts you are looking for. We
strongly encourage input from customers on ways that we can improve.
We import most of our parts from Italy,
but we do get some items from Taiwan
and India.
If you want to know a part’s country of origin--or have any other questions
about what we sell--please ask us.
-We send you the right parts…quickly!
We know that if
you’re ordering scooter parts, you probably need them right about now. Plus,
our shipping guy hates unfulfilled orders, so do the math: We will ship your
order the day we receive it whenever possible. Specifically, that means that if
you place your order by 3 pm Eastern time Monday to Friday, we will ship it to
you the same day. If you place your order after 3, it will go out the next business
day…we promise. When your order is shipped we’ll email you a final invoice containing
the tracking number of the shipment. Again, you can always check your order’s
status in the “My Account” area of the website.
- We don’t like spending money
and we know that scooterists don’t either.
It’s our goal to deliver the best
value for your money. In everything we do, we try to minimize our costs. Ordering
on the site is the cheapest, easiest, and quickest way for you to get the parts
you need. But be assured that we will always be available to help you on the
phone, for order placement or any other questions you have.
-We provide Service after the sale
If there is an
issue after the sale we want to take care of it. We know that if we don’t you
are not likely to come back, and we want you to come back. |
